Group Personal Training

An hour of group fitness training is not only a fast way to get results, you will have a great time having them!

Train with friends or your team

Training with group of friends, colleagues or people with similar interests and similar personal goals is a great motivating force for those looking to lose weight and get lean.  You'll benefit from increased motivation, gain confidence, possibly meet new people and of course help build  team spirit.  Your group training sessions can take place indoors, in a garden or if you prefer you can train together at a nearby park.

A varied routine

Classes can vary to suit your needs: from specific muscle conditioning to large multi-joint compound strength training.  We can break things up with  low impact aerobics or if you prefer circuit training.
