Our personal trainers can help you discover and establish a structured fitness routine that is not just motivating but gets results fast. We do rely on you to be up-front about your expectations and we’ll measure those against your attitudes to exercise, nutrition and the time available to you to get fit to ensure that your goals are realistic and you remain motivated in achieving them.
Achieving goals
Our fitness sessions in and around London, generally last 1 hour and can begin at 6.00 am for early birds, with our last session at 8.00 pm. At each session we will arrive at your home, this is ideal for those who are feeling shy about their shape and for this reason prefer not to join their local gym. We will bring a range of equipment that will help you quickly achieve you goals, giving you a lean, more toned body shape.
Never routine
If you prefer to combine exercising with a breath of fresh air, weather permitting we’ll go down to your nearest park to have our sessions. No two of your sessions will be the same, not just because we believe in all-round work-outs rather than just pumping one set of muscles, but as your performance grow so will the intensity of each session. Each fitness session with your personal trainer will end with a full body stretch to help counter morning after achy tired muscles.
Good nutrition
Good nutrition and diet advice is given alongside your exercise routines, we will ask you to keep a diet diary to ensure that you are eating enough of the right things and to help suggest on what you can cut down on or reduce altogeherAny questions or worries we will do our best to support you
