Our most popular corporate fitness service is personal training in which we ensure that your employees are getting the most out of their fitness sessions.
Our qualified professionals deliver bespoke on-site training sessions from between 5-50 hours per week for groups or individuals that are diverse, motivating and result-led. All burn fat, build levels of cardio fitness and increase strength.
Esteem Fitness exercise sessions are fun and deliver fitness that is designed around individual safety, and individual body constraints – we don’t believe in days off through muscle tear or over stretching that will result in days off work, our fitness programmes are governed by the individual.
We offer a selection of corporate personal training services that include a diverse range classes or individual sessions by appointment that appeal to both male & female employees:

All of the above allow staff to use their core training time effectively and allow target goals such as strength training, weight loss, post natal training, and triathlon to be achieved with ease.
Alternatively for team building trips we can accompany you in a personal training capacity to work with individual staff members in developing their fitness whilst you concentrate on building their team skills.
Our onsite trainers are available to give gym & fitness inductions, equipment training and data protected health & fitness assessments. For those employees that would like to develop a small gym studio within their own home we can both design and supply equipment for this.
