Two professional dances will lead a full body work out in a fun and new way to encourage audience members to get fit. It is designed to develop your cardio-vascular fitness by improving your agility, balance, coordination, endurance, flexibility, power and strength. As well as the physical benefits, this session will enhance mood, concentration and motivation leaving you feeling healthier and exhilarated.
