Kick & Box to Get Fit

 Kickboxing

Kick boxing and boxing training provide two of the most demanding, full-body workouts of any sport. Both sports serve to improve muscular strength and endurance, maximise calorie burn to increase lean muscle mass, improve reflexes and coordination, improve mental focus and alertness, and challenge both aerobic and anaerobic systems. They  are suitable for all ages and walks of life and we work at your own pace to achieve maximum results.

Kick boxing and boxing serve as cross training alternatives. Many of the drills provide a break in normal routine and add variety to your overall training program. Intensity is the trademark of both workouts as they are more than 60% anaerobic but distribute the load of training across various body parts.

Training will be provided by amateur and professional kick boxers or boxers. Elements of both sports can be included in your fitness programme and specialist training is available on request. We offer group training in both sports for up to 8 people at organised venues of your choice. Training is modified to suit all ages.
