Going to the gym, some people love it, others hate for a variety of reasons including:
It’s inconvenient – the time it takes travelling to and from the gym is outweighing the results you see and feel from going there.
It’s intimidating – as a fitness novice its difficult standing against toned, seasoned gym goers and having people watch.
It’s boring – as regular gym goer you’ve become bored of your routine.
If you are feeling any of those, maybe it is time to consider getting a personal trainer who can come to your home and work with you alone on a routine that is inspiring and as it’s tailored for you alone it gets results fast. Remember de-motivation saps self-confidence fast and the last thing you want to incur is a drop in momentum when you have done so well previously in your fitness and fat loss routine.
