Group Training
Group training is not only a great way to get results, you will have a great time getting them! Why not train with group of friends, colleagues or people with similar interests and similar personal goals? Mums can train together and bring their babies along, couples can train together and improve their relationship!
 
Training with a group is a great way to increase motivation, build team spirit, gain confidence, meet new people and – of course – improve your fitness and wellbeing. You can train indoors, in your garden or a nearby park.
We offer personal training group sessions for up to 3 people per session and bespoke training classes for up to 8 people.
Classes can vary to suit your needs: from specific muscle conditioning to large multi-joint compound strength training, from low impact aerobics to circuit training, from stretch and relaxation to boxing drills. We also offer running, jogging, or power walking for Fitness combined with Fun.
