A drop from a 42" to 34" waistline
“I invested in a multi gym and treadmill but just walked past them for several months. I knew I had to do something about my weight and complete lack of energy but just lacked the motivation. My training is never boring and always challenging. I was given a full nutritional consultation and after 4 weeks was put on the blood group diet. I have lost 30 pounds in just 13 weeks and counting... and have gone from a 42 trouser waist to a 34 (which is a little loose).
