However pregnancy is now recognised as a unique time for behaviour modification and there is no doubt that exercise is good for both mother and baby subject to medical consent and the absence of any contraindications.

We can help expectant mothers maintain their baseline fitness help boost energy levels, relieve backaches and improve posture by strengthening the postural chain muscles.  This reduces constipation, improves sleep all which help you look and feel better, prepare your body for birth, making it a more comfortable confident delivery.


Post Natal Personal Trainers

We can begin working with you 2 weeks after the delivery of your baby, although we do generally advice that 6 weeks is the best time after you have given birth to allow you and your baby to form a routine.  For anyone that has had a caesarean, a  6 week post delivery check up to begin getting over the bump is essential before begin exercising again. 

Our Personal Trainers will concentrate on building exercise routines for you that help reduce anxiety over your body image and aid weight loss.  We will help to rebuild your stamina, regain your body tone, and increase energy levels and your metabolic rate through careful exercises and sound nutritional advice all which will help to re-build your self-confidence.
